Production starts when the specification is already approved

Bring an approved formula, a physical sample or a written batch standard, plus the pack plan, quantity and destination market. Compounding, filling and packing then run at the Guangzhou site. SGS ISO 22716 (CN21/31217) and US FDA Cosmetic GMP (CN21/31218) are held by Guangzhou Yuanxu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., valid to July 2027. Prink uses this site; the two companies are separately registered.

Bases already listed in the catalog stay on Bulk Bases. Licensing a Prink formula so your own team can reproduce it stays on Training and Formula Transfer.

How a run moves

Four checkpoints keep the batch on the approved standard

You set the reference. The factory manufactures to it.

  1. Share the production brief

You. Send the formula, sample or specification, target quantity, pack direction and destination market.

Factory. Log the brief against this production route.

  2. Confirm production fit

You. Answer questions on materials, pack compatibility and timing.

Factory. Review equipment fit and costing before the run is committed.

  3. Approve the batch reference

You. Confirm the pre-production sample or written standard.

Factory. Lock that file as the reference for the bulk order.

  4. Compound, fill, pack and check

You. Confirm shipping details for the finished goods.

Factory. Manufacture, fill, pack and check quality against the approved standard.

When batch records are available, export shipments commonly include the documents buyers need for intake and compliance review.

  • COA
  • SDS / MSDS
