Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe the conditions that apply to Prink Ads Monitor, an internal Google Ads monitoring setup operated by Guangzhou Prink International Cosmetics Co., Ltd. (“Prink”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Prink Ads Monitor is intended to help authorized operators retrieve and review Google Ads campaign mapping and performance metrics. These Terms explain responsibilities and limitations associated with that monitoring setup.

These Terms do not claim that a public self-service registration, click-wrap checkbox, or website checkout workflow creates the monitoring authorization. Access depends on legitimate Google Ads account authorization, local deployment of the monitoring components, and any internal operator controls Prink applies.

Description of the Service

Prink Ads Monitor uses authorized Google Ads API access together with monitoring components to retrieve and display advertising metrics. In the inspected deployment, those components include:

  • GAARF Exporter — runs configured Google Ads queries and exposes metrics
  • Prometheus — scrapes and stores time-series metrics
  • Grafana — visualizes metrics through dashboards
  • Alertmanager — evaluates and routes alerts when configured

Prink Ads Monitor is not described here as a public SaaS platform and is not integrated into the public Prink cosmetics website experience unless a separate integration is later configured and disclosed. The monitoring setup currently runs as a local or operator-managed deployment.

The tool does not guarantee advertising impressions, clicks, conversions, leads, revenue, or any advertising performance outcome. It reports metrics made available through authorized API access and the local monitoring configuration.

Eligibility and Account Authorization

Users and operators must have legitimate authorization to access the relevant Google Ads account or manager account. Authorization must comply with Google OAuth requirements and applicable Google Ads API policies.

Operators are responsible for protecting OAuth credentials, refresh tokens, developer tokens, client secrets, Grafana admin credentials, and local configuration files such as google-ads.yaml. Those credentials must not be published in public repositories, screenshots, or shared archives.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Prink Ads Monitor to:

  • Access advertising accounts without legitimate authorization
  • Use the monitoring setup for unlawful purposes
  • Circumvent or abuse Google API restrictions, quotas, or policy limits
  • Disclose, sell, or misuse credentials, tokens, or monitoring access
  • Attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the monitoring stack or related systems

Data Accuracy, Timing, and Availability

Monitoring results depend on Google Ads API availability, reporting delays, quotas, permissions, network conditions, query configuration, and the health of local containers.

Upstream GAARF Exporter documentation describes an intended collection delay of approximately 15 minutes by default. Prometheus in the inspected configuration scrapes exposed metrics about every 30 seconds. These intervals are configuration targets, not guarantees of continuous freshness.

Prink Ads Monitor does not promise real-time, second-by-second reporting. It also does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, complete historical coverage, or successful delivery of alerts. The inspected local Alertmanager configuration currently uses a null receiver unless an operator configures an external notification channel.

User Responsibilities

Operators and authorized users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining valid Google authorization and Ads API access
  • Protecting credentials and restricting host or dashboard access
  • Reviewing monitoring results carefully before making business decisions
  • Managing locally deployed infrastructure, backups, retention settings, and access controls where applicable
  • Complying with Google’s terms and policies and any other applicable third-party terms

Third-Party Services

Google Ads API, GAARF Exporter, Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, and related container images or plugins may be subject to their own terms, licenses, and privacy policies. Your use of those components remains subject to those third-party conditions.

Prink Ads Monitor is not an official Google product and is not endorsed by Google. These Terms do not create any partnership, certification, or agency relationship with Google or with the publishers of Prometheus or Grafana.

Intellectual Property

The original text on this page and other original Prink materials on prinkcosmetics.com remain the property of Guangzhou Prink International Cosmetics Co., Ltd. or its licensors, as applicable.

Google, Google Ads, Prometheus, Grafana, and other third-party names and marks are the property of their respective owners. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any third-party trademarks, software, or documentation to you or to Prink beyond the rights granted by those third parties.

Disclaimer

Prink Ads Monitor is provided according to its actual availability and configuration. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prink does not guarantee that the monitoring setup will always operate without interruption, that all metrics will be complete or current, or that advertising outcomes will improve because monitoring is used.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Prink is not liable for losses arising from monitoring interruptions, Google Ads API delays or changes, quota or permission errors, local configuration mistakes, incomplete metrics, failed alerts, or business decisions made in reliance on dashboards or exported metrics.

This limitation is intended to be proportionate to the nature of an internal monitoring setup and does not attempt to exclude liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

Suspension and Termination

Where permitted by applicable law, Prink may suspend or stop use of the monitoring setup in cases involving abuse, unlawful activity, credential compromise, or security risk. Stopping the local monitoring process is different from revoking Google OAuth authorization.

Operators may stop containers or revoke Google Account access at any time. These Terms do not claim that an automatic public-account suspension workflow exists in the website or in the monitoring stack beyond ordinary operational controls.

To revoke Google authorization, use Google Account connections.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Prink Ads Monitor evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page identifies the current version. These Terms do not promise email notice or another automated notification mechanism for updates.

Governing Law and Contact

The governing law and venue applicable to these Terms have not been separately confirmed for publication on this page and should be reviewed by Prink’s operator or counsel before relying on a specific jurisdiction statement.
