Can I buy bulk formulas without private label packaging?

Yes, bulk supply can be evaluated separately from filling and retail packaging. Provide your intended product, batch size and destination market so we can confirm the formula, available packaging and shipping requirements.

How do I request product samples?

Send the product name or desired formula, target use, sample quantity, destination and any required documents. We will confirm sample availability, pricing and dispatch terms.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Bulk cosmetic formulas start from a 50 kg minimum order quantity. Finished packaged units and customized packaging may use different piece-based minimums. Share the SKU, target quantity and destination so we can confirm the applicable MOQ for your project.

Can I add fragrance, color or active ingredients myself?

This depends on the base and the proposed addition. Adding materials can change pH, viscosity, stability, preservation or regulatory status. Tell us what you plan to add and at what level so compatibility and testing requirements can be reviewed; do not assume every base can accept any additive.

Can I fill your bulk formula into my own bottles or jars?

For suitable products, bulk supply is intended to support the buyer's own filling operation. Your team should review the container, closure, filling equipment, hygiene controls and final-product testing requirements before commercial filling.

What quality documents can you provide?

When the batch is ready, available documents can include a Certificate of Analysis (COA), Safety Data Sheet (SDS/MSDS), INCI list, packing list, commercial invoice and project-based technical file support. Confirm which files apply to your exact SKU and batch.

What information do you need to provide a quotation?

Please share the product/SKU or brief, intended application, approximate order volume, requested changes, bulk or retail packaging requirements, destination country and required documents. This helps us issue a quote with clear inclusions and exclusions.
